Dear friends and colleagues,
It is a pleasure to announce that the XV SIICA National Congress will be held in Perugia on June 17- 20 2025.
Perugia is a wonderful city, rich in historic places as well cultural opportunities. On the first day we will open our meeting in the historical Auditorium San Francesco al Prato and then move for the remaining days in a congress center well equipped to host our activities but also conveniently located to allow mixing scientific and social activities, on a walking distance from each other. As all precious things, Perugia may take some time to be reached, but once there you will fully enjoy the city in all its humansized essence.
The Scientific Committee is at work to prepare the program, which will include Keynote Lectures, Topic Symposia, Joint Symposia (this year with ImmunITA, NIBIT and SIAAIC), Sponsored Scientific Symposia, Company Roundtable Symposia and many Workshops. Following our consolidated format, oral presentations by young scientists will be scheduled not only in Workshops, but also in Symposia. Finally, two Poster Sessions in prime time are planned, with plenty of time for discussion. Furthermore, the SIICA Board and the Junior Faculty will present their initiatives in dedicated time slots. Last, but not least, a relevant number of travel grants as well as our traditional prizes will be awarded to young SIICA members.
At the same time, we will make sure not to overload the daily schedules. The local committee and the SIICA board are working to offer you the ideal blending of four days of great science leaving time to enjoy one of the most wonderful historical cities of the country and for social interactions, the right recipe for a memorable meeting.
