Why: to learn immunology from renowned scientists, to talk about your PhD project with other students, and to discuss about the difficulties of a science career, in an informal environment and an amazing city.
Registration and abstract submission have closed on July 29.
The registration fee is 100€ (includes dinners of Sept 15 and 16, lunch of Sept 16, and 3 coffee breaks; does NOT include accommodation or travel to L’Aquila). The fee should be paid by bank transfer to:

A copy of the receipt must be uploaded in the registration form.
Submission of an abstract is mandatory for all the registered participants (1st year PhD students are allowed to send an abstract describing their starting and future PhD project). Submission of a headshot (a profile picture) will be requested during registration, that will be used for the abstract book.
The abstract must be uploaded in .doc or .docx format and comply with this template.
Each oral communication should be 15 minutes long (12 minutes + 3 for discussion). The order of presentations is in the program.
All the abstract presenters (including those selected for oral presentation) are requested to prepare a poster.
The poster should be of the following size: 100 cm height x 70 width, and should be prepared in a standard format (title, authors and affiliations, abstract, figures and legends). The poster should be exposed for the whole duration of the Retreat on the assigned panel. During the poster session, a poster discussion will be guided by the Junior Faculty.
Travel and accommodation in L’Aquila are not included in the registration fee, except a shuttle service from Rome Termini to L’Aquila and return.
